Swim Club is a GO! We are happy to announce that the LPOA Board approved the Lakewood Swim Club for the 2020 season!

Here are some details:

-Begins Monday July 6th
-Lasers practice at ELV Pool
-Cruisers practice at The Cove
-Practice start times are M-F 7:00, 7:40, and 8:20 and there will be Sign ups for practices to limit the number of swimmers.
-All practices will have 40 minutes water and 20 minutes dry land, so the kids will get an hour workout.

We are working very hard to get registration on Swimtopia up and running this week. We will give instructions on Swimtopia access at that time. If you are a returning family, be on the look-out in your inbox. Cost will be $55 a swimmer and that includes a t-shirt.

We will have one meet between the Lasers and Cruisers Wednesday, July 29th at 6pm at The Cove.

We have already begun planning workout sessions that allow social distancing, separation of personal items, and weekly challenges to keep our kids motivated and improving their skills.

A HUGE THANK YOU to Sean Batchel and Mark Reid who worked extremely hard to get our pools open this summer and were of great help to us in getting the swim club idea going and approved!
