2023 PRACTICE BEGINS May 30, 2023

• Lasers practice at East Lake Pool - 4140 NE Dick Howser Dr.
• Cruisers practice at the Cove Aquatic Center- 4105 NW Lake Dr.

PRACTICE TIMES:

Please limit your child to no more than 1 practice per day. Practices will include 1 hour of pool time.

EVENING PRACTICES: MONDAY AND THURSDAY

• 5:30PM

Swimmers 8 and under, as well as swimmers who have chosen the "Practice Only" registration are highly encouraged to attend the 7am practices.
